Arrival
The doors will open at 7:45 every morning. School starts at 8:00 am. We have identified 3 drop-off areas:
Bus riders will use the entrance by the kindergarten classrooms.
Walkers/bikers will use the back door entrance that faces the high school.
Car drop-offs will use the main entrance ONLY.
Please do not drop off on School Street or Dickinson Avenue.
Preschool 8:15 am-1:15 pm Tuesday and Thursday
Pre-K 8:30 am-1:30 pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday
Dismissal
1:15/1:30 Preschool/ Pre-K students are dismissed in the front of the building (same as drop off)
2:40 Walkers will be dismissed. They will exit the building through the 4th grade door to meet adults or to walk to their home or final destination. 3-5 walkers will be dismissed first followed by K-2.
2:40 Students being picked up in a vehicle will be dismissed individually as their ride arrives.
2:45 LEAPS dismissal
2:47 Bus called
* Tuesdays students will be dismissed at 1:40
Dismissal Notes: Use this sheet if there is a change in dismissal.
*Car means you will drive up to the front of the school without leaving your vehicle and we will send your child(ren) out to you.
*Walker means that your child will walk to a house, daycare, or business within the village limits.
*Students cannot be picked up by the playground or parking lot of the building, those areas will not be accessible at dismissal time.
