Glow Math at RES! All RES students spent their math block today playing math games, solving ring toss glow math equations and glow math problem coloring in the library glowing in the dark with black lights! Lisa Conger RES Math Interventionist organizing and led this awesome math experience! Be sure to ask your students about Glow Math time!

Today our school had so much fun kicking off this year’s Kids Heart Challenge! Alongside this year’s heart heroes, we’re learning about healthy hearts and life lessons like getting active, asking for help, resting well and being kind. Your student can be part of the KHC team and will get a free wristband for joining at

Heart Healthy kickoff with Nick from American Heart Association. RES already has 30 participants signed up and we are leading VT already! Be sure to be on the lookout for info about registering and participating- your student can win prizes and our PE department can earn new equipment-and the most important thing of all is our students are active and health. Way to practice Habit 4-Think Win-Win!

Thanks to all who came out for our RES Math Night it was an evening full of fun & games and of course MATH! Thank you to our own Lisa Conger, Math Interventionist for organizing and planning this event and Mary Ellis FNESU and Cynthia Teague Berkshire Elementary for making math come alive at RES.
